A Little Reminder

Having just finished the post on Candida I want to remind all that this is a FIRST step in the right direction. I'm unbelievably grateful to Cynthia Perkins and her book on Candida without which I would still be under the grips of the modern medical establishment. But as my goal is to alleviate or heal all those who currently have an autoimmune disease, I will be posting many more suggestions on alternative health thinking and practices. If the reader returns to my first post they will notice several article titles which over time I will be completing. Because of the work of Cynthia Perkins though, I'm here today with a fairly clear mind, the motivation to continue onwards in life and the confidence that together we can figure out any challenge to our health and well being.
