I decided to create this blog to stimulate discussion concerning HIV/AIDS and other autoimmune diseases from a shamanic perspective. For the time being I will focus mostly on HIV/AIDS but know my approach is applicable to other illnesses as well. I also encourage anyone who reads this blog to research my ideas further and not to take anything I say as gospel or truth. Answers evolve and take time to understand and implement so what I'm saying here is simply a beginning. As feedback develops what is being written here will grow and evolve, or even be discarded, as I have no particular attachment to concepts or ideas which are misleading or false. However, I am providing a particular framework from which I structure my thinking and it is that framework which I ask you to consider before asking a question or making a comment. All responses are valuable and even though I may not answer them directly I will consider the thought that goes into them.
Quantum Aquarius Rising is a holistic, shamanic and scientific THEORY which is the result of my own diagnosis and experiences with HIV. The goal of Quantum Aquarius Rising is to study every aspect of the human physical body as a creation of one's thought and emotional patterns. Physical maladies tend to be a reflection of one's mental/emotional state and development. And so the reader knows, I'm not one of those who says that all you have to do is change your thinking and you're immediately cured. Truly changing one's thinking and being takes time, effort and hard work. This theory also focuses on the health of our atomic structure and how the atom's subatomic components of electrons, protons and neutrons are adversely distorted by childhood developmental programming.
The term shaman, as most people have become trained to think of it, is not indicative of how I function. I don't utilize animal totems, spirit guides or perform rituals of any kind in order to achieve some predetermined desired effect. Shamanism should foremost be a creative and dynamic force which is open to the endless permutations and expressions of the divine feminine. For me, shamanism is primarily about the understanding and application of the science of energy not ingesting mind-altering drugs or going on feel-good vision quests. Life is a vision quest so opening our eyes and seeing and understanding what's right in front of us is of much more value than being guided to dream about something which may or may not be true. I study and research whatever comes my way, but my favorite areas of knowledge are anatomy & physiology, renaissance art, mythology, symbology, electromagnetic field study, quantum physics and cellular biology.
In regards to our health, we tend to focus primarily on the PHYSICAL body. Every human being, however, has an ENERGETIC body or identity which emanates from our DNA, our intensity of thinking and learning, the interaction of the electrons and protons within our atomic structure and the overall morphic field of the human race. If we wish to understand and heal ourselves of our energetic and physical imbalances, then we should learn how the two bodies interact, and how the forces and influences of society impact our own personal being.
In my own memory regressions, I have learned that the first area of the physical body to become diseased is the atom. Unhealthy and damaging thoughts formed during childhood, and reinforced as repetitive living patterns as an adult, literally program our electrons, protons and neutrons toward disease. Generally speaking programs concerning female or mother role models establish residence within our electrons and programs concerning male and father figure archetypes set up house in our protons. Neutrons should be thought of as the child of the mother/electrons and father/protons and the entire atom as the home in which you were raised. Dysfunctional childhood home means dysfunctional atoms which means dysfunctional energetic and physical bodies which means disease. I propose through memory regression, comprehensive study of the human condition, and altering the way we breathe we can rebalance and reprogram our atomic structure. It's extremely probable that over time, effort, and application of knowledge we will be able to alleviate and heal ourselves of many of our most serious ailments.

JUST THE BEGINNING
Thanks for bearing with me in what is a rather long first post. In addition to the articles I'll write, I'll also discuss some of my personal experiences I have had as a shaman so that readers can learn how this shaman functions and thinks. I'm certainly not a person with all the answers and one of the things I most enjoy about shamanism is that there is always something new and fascinating to learn. I know that there is no end to the creative interaction of one's being with that of the universe. For me, learning about HIV/AIDs has been an in depth exploration of my being, my childhood programming and a start in knowing who I truly am and not what I've always thought to be true of myself.
